Wondering how many members may have a ventricular shunt?

I wondered what those were called. My boss asked if you could have a shunt in your brain lol I do.
In real basic terms, it’s plastic tubing that redirects (shunts) fluid from the brain to another place in the body, usually from the ventricles to the peritoneal (VP) or the ventricles to the atrium of the heart (VA). There is other types of shunts such as an LP shunt, but this is for the spine or lumbar to the peritoneal.
