Have you tried to just “Stop and Breathe” when frustrated, confused,agitated? I have found this to work really well for me…it gives me time to focus and rethink things. The added benefit is all that air you breathe in helps the blood )(oxygen) flow better in your brain, it’s a win-win situation. The other great benefit’s to this simple to do tool is it’s free, anyone can do it and it gives you the power of controlling your mental energy. Have you tried this?
