It can be Frozen in it sealable bag, and it can be warmed up in the microwave or hopefully the oven I don’t use microwaves because of the radiation.
And it stays cool for 40 minutes and stays cold for 20 minutes and it’s really really worth it
And I’m just resting it on my abdomen for cramps too and it really helps this is going to just change my life for the better
